Delivery
We deliver using the fastest option either by DPD, DHL or forwarding agent, usually within a few days. But please also consider that our articles are not mass ware. It is not always possible to avoid prolonged delivery times. In such a case it is also possible to have delivery made in portions. The delivery takes place solely at the risk and account of the receiver. In event of damages during transport, please contact the forwarding agent directly. e.g. DPD.
Delivery Abroad
Delivery abroad takes place only in connection with advance payment. If the possibility exists in the country of destination, then the option of COD is preferred. With orders from abroad, the forwarding agents charge is billed. By payments from foreign banks, please make sure that all fees and charges that ensue, are fully covered.
The right of returning or exchanging articles / Deficiencies
Please make sure that all return deliveries are arranged with our customer service before hand. Single items may be returned unused in their original packing within 14 days of invoice date. Fitted items, all edibles and cosmetics, all custom and single made articles as well as special offers are barred from being returned or exchanged. In the event of your returning any items, you bear the postal or transports expenses. Please return packages only if they are adequately prepaid. We reserve the right of raising a surcharge of at least 10 % of the products net worth for amending inadequate postage of returned items.
We are to be notified of visible and also apparent deficiencies within 7 days of delivery.
